- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I like Dr. Kondan. I was a patient of his for a LONG time (since I was a child). He has the best bedside manner and really cares about his patients. The only problem I have with his practice are his nurses. I understand he has a busy practice as he's a fantastic Doctor, but his nurses sometimes are not the most pleasant. And the most infuriating thing was they have NO IDEA how to code when billing insurance. I was billed plenty of times when I was there for my annual physical, and insurance states this is a preventive visit, so there's no fee. They would use a diagnostic code instead of the PV code which signifies I went there for a completely different reason. The same issue happened with my parents and they got so fed up with it they started looking for a new personal care physician. Let me state again, he is a great doctor. If he could straighten out his staff and get them to code insurance correctly, I would love to have him as my PCP again.December 09, 2016by Theodore Harkness
